In the design phase you will be defining the problem, researching options,
making plans, and compiling information.
The team will produce a Trello board that is shared with the instructor. The
Trello board will be a template for the project that includes the following
- Make a list called ``Documentation'' that contains a card the provides
a detailed problem definition. The description should be in the form of
an attached text document with any needed commentary provided as comments
on the card.
- For each team member, create a list with the team member's name. The
list should include a card named ``Design'' that includes a checklist of
what that team member is going to do as part of the design phase. As
progress is made the team member should provide comments if they will be
helpful in documenting or tracing progress.
- In each team member's ``Design'' card also attach a text document
that provides a detailed list of goals (milestones) for the implementation
phase of the project. For the first three Tuesdays (of the implementation
phase) state what you plan to finish by that date.
